I WANT TO BE HAPPY DAY

3rd of March

Now that we reflected on the Old Stuff the day before, maybe got rid of some things too, today we can think how to use that space and time to be happier.

Mare organization and cleaning of a work/living space can make us happy, think better, let new ideas curl up. If you took down those ugly whatever was hanging on your wall, now you've got the space to frame and hang your diplomas and certificates, a remainder that you did good. Or to hang a big Map of the World and blue pin the places you've been and pink pin places you are going to visit.

In your closet, your dresses can breath now, each one of them has its own hanger now and it should be like that. Buy cloths that you need, be a smart shopper. Try and buy one article of clothing that can be mixed and matched with many others.

If you did finally decide to remove yourself from the Dementors, friends and people in your radius that are just being negative and anti-life, you've got time to do something for yourself. Did you want to start exercising? Take up some cooking, art classes? Dance lessons? Write more? Going out there and embarking on new challenges will give you a chance to meet new people with the same interests and views, resulting in new friendships.

You know what is the thing/s that will make you happy, you just need to start doing them. Today is the day.

Also, I Want to be Happy Day is a day to be unselfish. An opportunity to exercise your patience. To make another happy. A close friend or a stranger. There is always time to hold a door for someone, to say 'Thank you'. 'Good morning' is free, smile is free and hugs are free. Compliments too. Make someone happy today.

Just do it!

Be Happy Today! And the next day and the next day and the next day, and the day after! xoxo
